Thank you to our transport partners!

This past Saturday several lucky MCAS pets embarked on the adventure of a lifetime! Each pet boarded the Rescue Express and onto the next chapter of their lives. Next stop: furever families for all!

Thank you so much to our transport fosters who funded the trip. Without them these transports wouldn't happen. Lone Star Animal Welfare League, Operation Pets Alive and Houston PetSet all made it possible for these dogs and cats to make the journey. We encourage you to donate to these groups so that even more pets can be transported to exciting futures!

Additionally, THANK YOU to all of the transport fosters who made if possible for MCAS to send so many animals. Transport candidates need to be out of the shelter for at least two weeks before they can make the trip. This short-term foster commitment really does make a difference.
